Save the date! Memorial Day weekend. May 24, 25 & 26, 2012 at 8pm in the Plumb Hall Agricultural Arena near the beautiful Chadwick Arboretum & Learning Gardens.

Internationally acclaimed artists Bebe Miller and Esther Baker-Tarpaga will bring dance back to its roots and break ground with brand new, original dance choreography. The dirt floor and vaulted ceiling of Plumb Hall’s Agricultural Arena will provide a unique setting for this year’s event. Celebrate a rocking rite of springtime performed to a range of music from soul classics to Bulgarian melodies, from Leonard Cohen to Donny Hathaway. Experience soulful duets to the soundscape of Antony and The Johnsons and shake it out to LaVern Baker. From a mélange of sound, dynamics and color emerges elemental and ultimately human, dancers charged with digging into the reasons why we all dance.
