Beginning Modern for Adults

This class is open to all who want to learn the basics of modern dance technique.

By taking this class you will get:
An understanding of basic dance vocabulary.
Comprehension of movement phrases.
The ability to move with an increased awareness of time, space and weight.
Increase your rhythmic clarity.
Move efficiently without harm to the body.
Experience diversity and creativity in the improvisational process.

Basically we are going to have fun moving around the warehouse at Feverhead.

This class meets the opposite Tuesday from the Beginner Ballet class.

Taught by Lindsay Caddle LaPointe.

Subbed during summer 2012 by CoCo Loupe and Nicole Garlando until Lindsay returns to Cbus.
